Imagine its twelve-months from now. What do you feel good about in your new position?
Purpose: To get at what they FEEL the position is about.
2.
It’s been one year and you wake up and say to yourself, "I really don't want to go to work because ..." What are you going to say?
Purpose: To find out the DEMOTIVATORS.
3.
What are five words that your best friends would use to describe you?
Purpose: To discover the candidates VALUES.
4.
In your career, why have you been successful?
Purpose: To find out what the applicant WANTS TO ACCOMPLISH and to assess their skills.
5.
Imagine your best boss...what made him/her successful?
Purpose: To determine HOW they wish to be managed
